The Art of Calm Experience brings together two key approaches for optimal health and wellbeing. The two approaches are meditation (in the form of Mind Calm or Body Calm) along with eating food that mind and body can ultimately agree on. The Art of Calm Experience is primarily for small groups at our York base. This is a full day Mind or Body Calm class and includes a 3 course raw food lunch to promote ideas and conversation about potentially new considerations for eating. The price of such a class is £65 per person; group discounts apply.
