This is an opportunity to really take notice of the magnificence that nature has to offer, not just for benefitting our health on a physical level, but also because partnering with nature for our wellbeing is harmonious, creative and mutually supportive. Is there any wonder it instinctively feels right to consistently invite the power of plants into our lives?
Our joint class combines the Power of Natural Food with the Power of Doterra Essential Oils as a means of demonstrating the scope of plants and the capacity to use them for both optimum healthcare and creatively for day-to-day sustenance and enjoyment.
In effect, this will be two classes, one delivered by Annette & Graham Henry and centred around The Power of Natural Food and the other by Doterra Wellness Advocate, April Birch who will talk about the oils as a powerful means of supporting health as well as the various ways in which these oils can be used, including as ingredients in food!
The joint class is 10.00 – 12.30 on Saturday July 22nd at The Friends Meeting House in Acomb, York and will include sweet and savoury raw food samples as well as a 5ml Wild Orange Essential Oil gift to take home. The price of the joint class is £20 and prior booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
