This two and a half hour class is all about getting better sleep, by looking at a range of ways to support the body’s efforts to restore balance and thus gently work to reduce insomnia and sleep disturbances.
To do this, we are joining forces with April Birch who is passionate about the effectiveness of natural essential oils and the various ways in which they can be used. We will look at the role of food and stress reduction to create a better internal environment for restorative sleep, as well as what to do to mitigate the effects of poor sleep at those times when it is simply unattainable.
There will be a free gift from April to take home and try, and we will provide food samples to help to highlight some of the food-related content of the class. All of our samples will be plant-based so free from all animal products. Additonally they will be free from gluten and refined sugar.
