Health & Happiness Check – Identifying Difficulties

As we listen to more and more people who are prompted by illness, ‘dis-ease’ of any kind, or dissatisfaction with life, to ask questions and seek resolutions, we become increasingly aware of the need to address the underlying cause(s) rather than just focus on the symptoms. We know too from our own experiences that resolutions rarely come in the form of ‘quick fixes’ for the simple reason that there was often a long process involved in arriving at the current state, and that unravelling it will often take more than an ‘off the shelf’ solution. With all of this in mind, we have listed some of the questions below that we know to be relevant in seeking to redress lost balance and move forward in our lives, and that in turn lie at the heart of all that we do across our programs. Answering ‘yes’ to any of the above may be the first step in a progression towards change.
