Raw Fusion Tapas

Spread the love

During the summer months of June, July and August, we are hosting raw fusion tapas lunches here at Derwenthorpe. This will comprise one main course with a selection of options with a ‘high raw’ emphasis, and a raw dessert platter.

What do we mean by raw fusion? Raw fusion is plant-based food, some of it raw, but all of which maintains the wholefood ethos that we’ve learnt from our immersion in the raw food culture, and we carefully consider cooking methods in order to ensure minimal loss of nutrients in our meals. Additionally, we always ensure that our ingredients are organic. As in the case of our fully raw meals, raw fusion meals are gluten-free and entirely suitable for vegans.

Who might enjoy a raw fusion tapas lunch? These lunches are suitable for anyone who enjoys plant-based food or would like to incorporate more natural foods into their diet and would benefit from some inspiration. As always we, Graham and Annette, will eat with you and answer any questions we can, such as what is in the dishes and how they are made, as well as how they might be beneficial for physical and mental health.

Two types of bread; one raw, one baked but which is which?

When are these lunches available? This is a summer offer and can be booked for a Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday in the summer months. Please contact us to make arrangements.

What time is a tapas lunch? We would ask you to arrive for 12.30 and we would expect to finish at around 2.00pm

What is the cost of a tapas lunch? The lunches are £19.95 per person. We will take bookings for between one and four people.

What are the options for booking a lunch? We ask for a deposit as means of securing any booking. As the deposit is for £15, we are very happy to accept the balance of £4.95 on the day of the meal. Alternatively, payment in full can be made via this button:

The £15 deposit will still apply and is therefore non-refundable (unless cancelled by us). The remaining £4.95 would be returned to you if you are unable to attend.
