“The cucumber platter not only looked good to the eyes but tasted even better. Think of a bright summer day, the lazy sound of bees humming as you stretch back watching a cricket match elegantly being played out for your delectation and you artfully fork some of that dish into your mouth, close your eyes and allow the flavours to play out their game on your palate. The peach crumble was a delight, conjuring up warm summer afternoons in a country garden. And the berry mousse was a tantalising tour of my tastebuds which even now makes me salivate!! This is not just eating, this is becoming enchanted by a feast for the senses!” ~ Clare Simcock, (self-confessed lover of desserts and a raw food sceptic!)

“I have suffered from IBS for the past 7-8 years almost constantly except for the odd week here and there. Since starting Bodycalm meditation I have had an amazing improvement!
