The Power of Plant-based Food Class

This is a 3 hour class including a 3 course lunch and aims to provide practical information and ideas for addressing health and wellbeing primarily through plant-based food.

The class is ideally suited to being tailored to cover specific needs, but it may also cover some of the following:

  • What we (Graham and Annette) eat and why
  • The health-related advantages of eating more plant-based food
  • The stumbling blocks – why it’s often easier said than done to change ways of eating
  • The relevance of self-compassion in making sustainable changes

Whilst we cannot offer diagnosis as part of this class, we can make some food, supplement and life-style suggestions for conditions such as the following:

  • Anxiety (please also see Calm InSight)
  • Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia
  • Digestive complaints
  • Endometriosis
  • Inflammatory conditions
  • Menopause
  • Weight Management

The lunch will be: 

  • A three course lunch of raw food dishes
  • Suitable for anyone avoiding dairy or gluten
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
  • A chance to ask questions about the food or any related matters

The class will start at 10.30 and will finish around 14.00 when lunch is finished.

If this is of interest to you, please contact us for more information or to arrange a mutually convenient date and to let us know what you would like to cover in the class; we will liaise with you to ensure the class fits your needs. The cost of this one person class with lunch is £60. We know it can often be helpful to be accompanied to such an event by a friend or family member. If this is relevant for you, then we are happy to only make an additional charge of £15 to cover the lunch. The combined cost for two people would therefore be £75.
